A Bit About Me
I’m a Brisbane-based Experience Researcher and Designer with formal training in Experience Design from Monash University and over 7 years of experience across CX, service, and UX design. I specialise in understanding complex customer and service challenges and turning them into clear, human-centred experiences that work for both users and businesses.
My work spans end-to-end experience research and design — from customer and service research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting to UX design, prototyping, and testing. I bring a strong balance of empathy, systems thinking, and data-informed decision-making, and I enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to design practical, scalable solutions.
KEY SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
💡 I lead end-to-end UX, CX, and service research, including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and insight synthesis, translating research into clear, actionable design and service strategies.
💡 I design experience-led wireframes and interactive prototypes to support rapid iteration, concept validation, and co-design workshops with users and stakeholders before moving into detailed design.
💡 I create customer journeys, service blueprints, and interaction patterns that focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness, delivering seamless experiences across digital and service touchpoints.
💡 I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders in agile environments, facilitating co-creation sessions and design workshops to align teams, advocate for user needs, and deliver measurable CX and business outcomes.
💡 I bring strong technical and design capability across Figma, Miro, InVision, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS, and GitHub, enabling smooth collaboration, clear handover, and efficient delivery within agile teams.
As an Experience Researcher and Designer, I focus on improving usability, service efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction and touchpoint is human-centred, seamless, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.
